Support Key on Computer KeyboardThere are plenty of companies in the Charlottesville area that will charge you thousands of dollars to set up your network - but who is going to support it once it is in place?  The truth is, if the network was installed properly, it should require very little maintenance and support to keep it up and running smoothly.  

PJ Networks does not require you to pay hundreds of dolars per month for a support contract or a maintenance agreement.  Most of our clients only see us once each month for a one-hour server checkup, where we check the hard drives, the antivirus logs and definitions, the backup logs and the system event logs.  Then, we download and install all of the latest available Microsoft security updates and software patches before we reboot the server and check the system event logs one more time to make sure that everything comes back up properly.  We can schedule the server checkup whenever it is most convenient for you and your employees - at the beginning or end of the day, or during lunchtime if that works best for you.

We always let our clients know in advance before we come in for the monthly server checkup so that we can take care of any other computer issues while we're there.  That saves you time and money by combining all of the support into one visit, and it gives you the chance to ask your employees if they have any computer issues that need to be addressed.  You have our pledge not to nickel-and-dime you to death with weekly support calls when everything can usually be taken care of during one convenient  visit.  Our goal is to  make your network as efficient and affordable as possible so that you can focus on running your business.  As your business prospers and grows, so will your network, and PJ Networks will be there with you every step of the way!
